The selections process starts with a dedicated meeting, where we guide you through carefully curated options that align with your budget, lifestyle, and vision. We then manage the details — from sourcing and organising quotes to coordinating delivery — while providing access to trade discounts with trusted suppliers. This ensures a seamless, layered design outcome that balances functionality and style.
The Interior Design Process
1. Initial Consultation
Following a complimentary 20-minute phone conversation to discuss your project, we arrange an on-site meeting to review your plans, wish list, and take a detailed brief (investment $295). From there, we prepare a tailored proposal outlining the full scope of works and how we can bring your vision to life.
2. Concept and Design Development
In this stage, we translate your ideas into a cohesive design direction. Together, we review your plans, Pinterest boards, and inspiration imagery to create a full design brief tailored to your wish list. Every concept is developed with careful consideration of functionality, aesthetics, and lifestyle, ensuring the design not only looks beautiful but works seamlessly for the way you live.
3. Material Selections & Concept Boards
This is the exciting stage where your design comes to life. We carefully curate and layer materials, finishes, and products to create a cohesive scheme that balances look and functionality. Every selection is considered not only for its aesthetic but also for its practicality in your space. Concept boards and 3D renders bring the space to life. This process gives you confidence and clarity in your design direction before moving into quoting and ordering, ensuring a seamless transition into the next stage.
4. Builder Handover & Design Management
During the build phase, we oversee the handover with your builder to ensure every design detail is executed as intended. We manage onsite design decisions, address any issues that arise, and keep communication clear between all parties. Our role is to protect the integrity of the design while keeping your project on time and within budget, giving you confidence that the finished result will align seamlessly with the vision we’ve created together.
